Good support from Ruko team, though amazon did not support in replacement.. Ruko team continously followed up and ensured that i have received the replacement. Coming to the product , it is very handy and kids will enjoy. The material looks solid and sturdy.

This smaller robot is just perfect for my 4 year old granddaughter. It does so many functions and is easy to operate. It exceeded my expectations.

After experiencing issues with the robot failing to stay upright, support has been responsive and offered to send a new unit in an effort to resolve the problems.

This robot was a big Christmas hit. My 3 year old granddaughter wanted a robot for Christmas and this definitely did not disappoint. It is great at teaching programming and makes it lots of fun.

It can do some fun things, can dance around and has remote control. But it plays Christmas songs, which is weird. The app is very limited. You can't really program it to do much at all. Many of the sounds are ripped off of R2-D2. My kid probably spends equal time with it off as she does with it on, so that may tell you something about how fun it is. Would love to see a more capable app. As I recall, it can't save your programs, so what's the point of making a program that's erased right away, when you can just use the remote much faster.

I purchased this robot for my son for Christmas, and while it initially had some issues, I was incredibly impressed with the customer service experience. The robot could turn left and go backward reliably, but it struggled when moving forward or turning right, occasionally tipping over. I double-checked the instructions for the wheels and couldn’t find anything obviously wrong, but it seemed like the center of balance might have been off.I reached out to customer service and provided a video showing the issue. They were quick to respond, acknowledged the problem, and offered to replace the unit without hesitation. The process was smooth and professional, and I’m grateful for their support.Although the first robot didn’t work as expected, I’m confident the replacement will be great. I appreciate the outstanding customer service and am looking forward to my son enjoying his new robot soon!

This item was purchased as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. She loved it. It was an immediate favorite and was used throughout the rest of the day. It was easy for a four year old to use after a quick lesson by her older brother.

Notre premier robot avait un problème d’équilibre et fonctionnait vraiment mal. Super service, le vendeur nous en a envoyé un nouveau et il est vraiment génial. Mon coco est vraiment content! En plus il est arrivé le jour de sa fête.
