The product does not come with any weights this is just the bags and 3 sand bags you can fill. We set it up yesterday for my son to use as training for track season. He said it's "doable", high praise from this 14 yr old.

There's a hole in it from the first run. The clips broke with only 25lbs in it. Not made for the track. A waste of money!
