Mixed easily and very well, came out pretty even when applied. Only thing to note is it recommends 1 pouch per gallon but that's more a preference and I used 2 for more grit.

Sand would work just as good. It doesn’t stick.Brushes right off after a second coat over it. 😡

This stuff was super thick could not be sprayed by anything and would never ever dry. It literally took two days to dry and even now instead of it being hard it’s sort of soft, so frustrated I went out to the store and bought some rattle cams to finish another section and the rattle cans were way way better, they shot out. They put a nice texture and they were dry in 10 minutes and they tough do not buy this junk. Spend more money on quality.
