The vent brush worked for my purposes which was to clean the vent from our clothes dryer up through the roof which is about 15 feet total. Our vent makes a 90 degree turn at the wall next to the dryer and a U-turn through the vent head on the roof. I could not snake from the top down because of the vent head. Pushing the snake up 15 feet from the bottom was a challenge because the snake was not quite stiff enough. A slightly thicker snake would have been ideal. The cost of the snake was reasonable and much less than hiring a professional vent cleaner, and so, even if I can't get any more vent-cleaning jobs out of it, I will be happy.

The handle itself is worrisome. I was concerned that trying to push the brush through a blockage would break the head off as mentioned in other reviews. In addition to this brush I also purchased a 10ft braided metal handle brush. I found that the metal brush was too flimsy to punch through a blockage however. The solution was to combine the 20-foot plastic handle with an extending pool cleaning pole which gave me the stability needed to get through the blockage and also clean.

Sorry I bought it, total garbage.I couldn’t get it straight up the 4†pellet stove liner. Total headache and it broke. I used to install and clean for the hearth industry and never had such a junk product. Not even worth 1 star.

If your home has the unfortunate design flaw of venting the dryer through the roof this is a great helper in keeping that vent clear. Only way to make contact with the walls of the vent and loosen that fine lint that clings to it. Does not eliminate need for a booster fan and secondary lint filter for safety and efficiency but definitely gets it cleaner than blowing the vent out alone.

I'd been looking for some sort of tool/brush to clean my lengthy dryer vent pipe(s) but most had a 10' handle. Finding this Pellet Stove Brush with a 20' handle was just what I needed! This product arrived quickly, I bought it at a great price and I'm glad to say that it made cleaning the vent pipes very easy!

I purchased these laces to replace ones in my tennis shoes. They do a better job of evenly holding the shoe at the right tightness and are faster and easier to remove and put on. I would recommend this product to anyone needing to replace there laces and wanting a better even fit for there shoes.

This brush came within the stated delivery time frame and was well packaged.It arrives like a steel coiled up cable but take the time to straighten it out a bit and it'll work fine. I feed a little into the vent pipe at a time giving a turn(clockwise only as to not spin off the brush) and then pull it out to clean the brush before going further into the pipe. I had the dryer on with no heat while doing all this along with brushing and it worked great.

Worked ok but the handle is a bit too flexible so straight down sections of pipe it's perfect, but once you get to a bend it's quite difficult to clean any further. If there is a 90 degree bend in your ducting forget about getting past it with this, even long sweeping bend with flexible ducting are difficult get down.

Used to clean chimney insert for pellet stove. Worked great but had some difficulty maneuvering the through the flexible pipe. Overall satisfied.

I saw bad reviews and purchased anyways. Bad me. Big problem is that plastic is coiled up and it is almost impossible to get it straight. Trying to clean vent was difficult because item isn't straight. So, ended breaking in vent. Now I have a piece stuck and I cannot get it out without breaking through wall. This will cost my a few hundred in repairs for sure.
