Compared to charges of nearly $70 at local RV supply shops this was an outstanding bargain at a little under $20. What is peace of mind worth to you to be able to lock your doors at night and when you leave to know that when you come home no one should have been in your house unless they broke a window. I'm sure that peace of mind is worth more than the price of this lock setup. It installed easy it's fully metal with the exception of the plastic locking mechanism. It has a solid durable build and has worked flawlessly after a 5-minute installation requiring me to use a total of six screws removed from the old and six screws to put in the new. It was a perfect fit to the one that came with the rv.

Don't like leaving bad reviews, but I also don't like bring locked outed or into my house when the deadbolt fails closed. Worked good for like 4 months

I liked that this RV door lock was all metal, except the interior deadbolt locking lever is plastic. I would have preferred if that was also metal or at least red in color like most RV door locks. It came with 4 keys, which was a welcome surprise. However, light shines through the locking mechanism...making this lock susceptible to bugs crawling in and heated/cooled air escaping.
