The bulbs I received were not dim after all. My doorswitch was bad and the bulbs are nice and bright now that the switch has been replaced. I have changed my rating from 1 star to 5 stars.As other users have noted, these bulbs are dim, VERY VERY dim. I should have read the reviews left by previous buyers and bought a brighter bulb.

These worked great but if they don't light up when you first install them then reverse the ends as these are LED and voltage polarity matters

Slightly dimmer that the incandescent bulb but sufficiently lights my refrigerator with much less drain on the battery. I camp where there is no hook ups and battery life is very important.

I like the fact it is LED and low wattage.... It is polarized so direction of install DOES matter. Ie... if it doesn't light up swap it end to end.The reason I gave a 4 star review is on of the end caps did come off of a light. I was able to get it back on, and the cap makes enough contact with the wire bent over the glass tubes. edge to make contact and work. This being said..... it is not a soldered electrical connection, the cap is not sealedor glued to the glass tube (condensation worries??) not sure what the longevity of this item will be due to these factors.DrB

We needed a new bulb after our current one went out so we ordered this two pack. What a great deal!! We’ve previously had issues with our fridge bulbs not working after replacement and realized the prongs just needed to be adjusted to hold the bulb in place better. (Think about it like bending a prong out slightly on a cord plug to get it to stay in the wall better* same concept) We thought it might’ve been just the cheap bulbs not working but we were wrong. So happy to have found this as they’re super affordable and work great! The others are around $20+ for one bulb. These are 2 for less than $10. Can’t beat that! We will definitely be buying more from this company. The color light is white.

Make sure that you measure the exact length of the old bulb. They make a few different sizes.
