This is a good product for annual RV maintenance, to ensure seals on the roof, around vents, and edging remain tight and water proof. Not good for vertical surfaces because it is self-leveling will run down. This product is easy to apply, but some knowledge and experience is helpful. It begins to skin over within a few minutes and is not workable at that point. A small amount of paint thinner is helpful for immediate clean-up, should the product get misplaced. Overall, this product provides a seal that appears tight and complete.

I realize this product is marketed for roof sealant for RV, I however, got it to fix punches in the side of my refrigerator, trailer. I am a long haul trucker and pull a reefer unit, after four or five years pulling this trailer. It has a number of nicks & gouges in the side wall, where the trailers have hit me while trying to back into the dock.I needed a product that was flexible and sealed well enough to keep water out of our insulating foam, so far I am extremely impressed with this product. I was suggest to the manufacturers to market this to the trucking industry for me. It’s a perfect solution and I highly recommend it.

I use this to use as a seam sealer along a RV roof. Worked really well. Seems very flexible and super sticky. Sealed the roof well with her two days of lots of rain downpour. Can be very messy so use care, and have plenty of paper towels nearby to keep things clean before they get out of hand. Seems fairly durable time will tell. Easy to apply with a caulking gun.

I'm in the process of putting a new EPDM membrane on top of my trailer and I like to use self-leveling sealant to seal the seams. I've always used a leading brand, but decided to try this for the value of what you get. Seems very good - flows easily - each tube has a removable dispensing cone which makes it easy to clean and clear before storing. Nice Value.

I used this sealant on a flat metal roof at one of my rental properties in Dallas that’s had a persistent leaking issue. After applying it to some of the problem areas, it seems to be effective so far. The sealant was easy to apply and spread evenly, creating a waterproof layer that adhered well to the surface. I also appreciate that it stays flexible, which is important for dealing with the Texas heat and weather changes. We haven’t had a heavy downpour to really test it under extreme conditions, but during a couple of lighter rains, it held up without any issues. I’ll keep monitoring it, but for now, it’s looking like a solid option for patching up tricky spots. Just make sure to prep the surface well for better results. It’s definitely been a good start in tackling a frustrating roof problem at this property.

I recently used this sealant for some repairs on my RV roof, and it worked pretty good. It’s super easy to apply, and created a smooth, secure seal without much effort. The 10.1-ounce bottle had plenty to handle sealing around vents and roof edges, and I still have some left for future touch-ups. Once it cured, the sealant stayed elastic, so it handles the vibrations and slight movements of the RV without cracking or peeling. Another thing I like is that it’s non-toxic and environmentally friendly. It doesn’t release any harmful fumes, and the cleanup was straightforward. The curing time is reasonable. I’ve also used it for sealing around my windows and vents, and it’s held up really well so far.

I recently received this white self-leveling RV roof sealant and immediately did a small test application. I had a small area on my camper's roof where the old sealant was starting to crack, so it was a perfect spot for a quick trial. The sealant comes in a 10.1-ounce bottle, which seems like a standard size. The consistency of the sealant is what I focused on during this initial test. It’s definitely thick, but not so thick that it’s difficult to squeeze out of the bottle. I cut the nozzle to a medium size and applied a bead along the cracked area. The self-leveling aspect was noticeable right away. It smoothed out nicely and created a clean line.

I know that you would not use cheap gloves that are included with products traditionally. And those use to working with caulk wouldn't use gloves at all. But this stuff is nothing like caulk. The level of stickiness is crazy, which is awesome for sealing up the RV, but not awesome to get on you or your clothes. WEAR THE GLOVES!!
