Very sturdy construction!! We feel much more confident in inviting guests over to enjoy our hot tub. The handrail and the wide top step make for a very secure entrance into the tub.

I bought this to help my husband get in and out of our high bed. It is overkill for sure but he’s a big guy and nothing for that purpose seemed sturdy enough. Plus dog stairs were not adequate for my dogs but these steps are bigger. I also liked the rail option. I put them together all by myself. I’m 54 and semi handy. I did put the top step on - which was first- with the shelf on the floor and brackets up but after that I was able to assemble it right side up. I made one mistake by screwing on a little cross bar and the realizing I needed to put the stair on the second stair on at the same time. As everyone else said- the “instructions†were lacking but it was pretty easy to figure out on my own based on the picture of the final product. The black color did not scratch to silver like many products with black hardware. This thing is sturdy and heavy! I do think I need a non slip mat under it but only to protect my wood floor.

Very solid and easy to assemble, though the "instructions" are limited to drawings so make sure holes face correctly. Seller omitted one of the railings but proactively offered a credit (pending)

I have an old big dog that slipped and did not trust our older stairs . After that. We got these steps. They are wide, very sturdy. She was slow but did not hesitate to climb up. They are great. I am so glad we got them if you have a big older fur baby...they are perfect

Bought this for our hot tub, worked great, then after the first rain it rusted and leaked rust all around the area of the steps. We had just newly cemented our yard. Please note that these steps are awful for outdoor use if you are worried about rust.

The product came quickly and intact with no damage. Easy to assemble with supplied Allen wrench and flat open end wrench. The finished product is secure and sturdy and is exactly what I needed to provide safe steps from a basement to an adjacent elevated crawlspace storage area. Instruction page illustrations were adequate but tiny. Fortunately, the assembly process is very intuitive and could be done without any instructions at all. I am very happy with this portable step stool.
