Easy to use. Just plug into receptacle and plug your power cord into it. It’s a little on the bulky side but serves its purpose. Well worth the money and provides protection where needed.

Arrived super fast, Seems to be nice and heavy and capable of an actual 50amp connection. Material seems to be quality. I like that the plug socket (that you plug your RV cord into) is enclosed inside a clear plastic box.. keeps it dry and you can easily see when the lights are lit proper or not. As for actual function... We shall see how it does once severe weather gets here.. I am/will be staying in parks close to the gulf of MEXICO where thunderstorms and lightning strikes are no joke. Will update rating if needed.

Easy to use and good value. Seemed to provide the protection needed (didn’t blow any fuses like I did before), but the cover seems a bit flimsy. Not that important unless you expect it to work under pouring rain without any additional shielding.

Hard to predict how long these will last. My last failed after a few months and would not pass current on one of the L1 or L2 legs. This is not the same model so it may last longer. Got this one as recommended by Amazon.
