I was not expecting much but this really does work. Installation and setup is straightforward… to a point. That means you do have to “be sure your monitor†is ON prior to installing the Sensors AND it must be on if you should remove the monitors to switch to normal valve stems. This just helps ensure the monitor actually O’s out each tire pressure measurement. You also have to be sure to install these according to the proper location designated on each cap.Setting up the display may take a little time unless you pay attention to what it’s showing. That’s because the instruction manual is SO SMALL as to make it almost useless. I’ve deducted 1 star because of this and the fact that “supposedly†a voice will notify you of low tire pressure… all I got was a high pitched beep. Each sensor has its own CR1632 battery which will have to be replaced when it fails. I don’t know but would image these would last a long time.In any event this is MUCH cheaper than replacing an existing factory installed TPMS system, which can cost $900 - $1500 or more. It also provides tire pressure monitoring on those vehicles without factory installed TPMS monitoring. They also provide a small wrench and nuts to help vandal proof the stems from removal. This same wrench is used should you need to change the batteries.

I've got these bad boys rockin on my riding mower. I don't let the display portion sit out in the rain, though. Working fine so far. A bit ridiculous for the mower, but it makes me giggle.

Bought for our converted bus since it’s an older model and doesn’t have the tpms to it. ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I’m a worry wart when it comes to being on the road or in temps that something could happen to your tires and I’m always checking my tire pressure in my own car. So to be able to see it when we are traveling is a god send! Making sure that the base is fully charged before using by just letting it sit on your dash, then putting the tire covers on each tire super simple. Just make sure you follow the diagram that the right ones are on the right tires. It’s my own fault because when we park the bus I always put covers up but if you don’t have the base in the sun for a couple days it will need to recharge to function again. But also since it’s snow season here I have a cover both inside and out so again my own fault. If your a worry wart like me when driving and need to know your numbers all the time with tire pressure, this is for sure something you need to buy! Have even checked the tire pressure with a different gauge to see if it matches what it’s reading and it does!

The RV Tire Pressure Monitoring System with Solar and USB Charger is an essential safety feature for any vehicle, especially for those with trailers. The system comes with four sensors and offers real-time monitoring of tire pressure and temperature, displaying the data clearly on the LCD screen. With 6 alarm modes, it provides early warnings for issues like over or under-inflation, helping to prevent tire damage and improve safety on the road. The solar and USB charging options are convenient, ensuring the system remains powered without much hassle. Compatible with a range of vehicles including sedans, SUVs, and MPVs (0-99 PSI), this TPMS is reliable, easy to install, and a must-have for peace of mind during long trips. Highly recommend for its functionality and convenience!

So ordered this for our RV van conversionThe kit comes with four valves. And one monitor. The installation of the valves to replace existing valves is pretty straightforward. I like that it uses a wrench for a more secure connection and using the wrench prevents theft of the valves.I also like the solar charging solution though it can be charged via USB as well. Since it is now velcroed to my dash, I expect it will no problem getting enough sun for charging. The user interface is easy enough to use, but the instructions on using it could be blown up in size and easier to read.Overall I like the product, though I wish there were options to get 6 or 8 valves instead of 4. Sometimes you are towing a trailer with a boat or a jet ski. Would be nice to add valves to the trailer as well so when towing you can monitor those tires as well.Otherwise we are enjoying the piece of mind.

After blowing out a tire and not knowing about it for miles until another motorist pointed it out, I was determined to get a TPMS for the trailer tires. This TPMS was easy to install and the included wrench locked in the sensors. I was surprised how well the system worked and I feel much more confident rolling down the road with these sensors on. I recommend this product.

I am always sure to check my trailers tire pressures before hitting the road, but there is always the concern of something going wrong on such long cross country travels. This device adds great piece of mind to that, being able to monitor the pressure consistently through the drive. Installation was simple, just be sure to put the right sensor on the right tire so you know which one to look at if there is an issue. Be sure that you also check for any leaks, as you don't want these to cause a problem you are trying to prevent. The counter nut is helpful to ensure they stay tight and do not start leaking as you drive.Overall it took me about 10 minutes to install all 4 tires and put the unit in the vehicle. From there it was smooth sailing and monitoring worked right away.
