Replaced the 30a that my 2019 Trailmaster 274QB came with that died after 6 months. Used a covered battery charger for a while and finally bought this. Works like a charm and I've been running it for almost a year now

This unit fit right into my WF-8955PEC without any issues.I was particularly happy about the listing giving the measurements so I could be sure it would fit. The WFCO branded one did not bother to do that, AND they wanted more money for it.Yes, the ground wire was yellow with a green stripe instead of green. But it was obvious what it was for and the board connector it attaches to is clearly labeled. Color coding is nice, but the wire could be purple with an orange stripe for all I care as long as it is properly labeled. Also, since the ground wire is attached via a screw, I just re-used the green one from the old unit, which is only 7 years old so the existing ground wire is still pliable and in good condition. This unit easily wired right into place using the same wire paths as the old unit, and once installed, it "just works".Longevity remains to be seen, but the components are just basic electronics and look exactly like what came out of there.I'm happy with the purchase and my RV is now properly charging the batteries again.

I had issues when I turned on my furnace this year but after having someone check it I learned the unit wasn't bad. It was my battery.

This was a great direct replacement for my blown converter in my RV. Installation was easy if you have a few simple tools and are a little bit handy. Save yourself the expensive RV repair bill and DIY!

The 110v wires to the converter are incorrectly installed. The colors for the hot and common are reversed. Where the black (hot) wire is supposed to go, a white wire is installed. The black wire is used for the common. This is an obvious safety hazard. The seller knows about this, and put a easily missed warning note on the unit that says to watch out for the new wire color scheme. The units should not be sold this way. It is a violation of the electrical code to swap colors on the wires this way, not a new color scheme. The seller should put properly covered sleeves on the wires, or better yet rewire the units.Otherwise the unit appears to operate correctly.

I replaced this on my rockwood signature camper. It was completely identical, seems a little cheaper looking but it's hidden and the ground wire is black and replaced my green ground wire. Works great like it should. Would buy again if needed.

The product was almost identical to the original that was replaced in a 2009 Rockwood 31 Signature Ultralight. Install hints- The 12 volt breaker panel must be removed to put the large 12 v wires behind it. There is a small push clip in the base and 2 guide slots in the top, these are all hard to see. Once removed the large red and white wires are easy to swap out. The black and white from the AC voltage were reversed from original making black neutral and white hot. Ground wire was yellow with green stripe. In all an easy swap out with no modifications needed. 13.45 volts to the batteries upon completion.
