Compatible with EPDM and TPO sheeting, it adheres firmly to aluminum, mortar, wood, vinyl, galvanized metal, fiberglass and concrete. Ideally suited for aftermarket use, the lap sealant is one of the highest volume products sold in RV stores today. Directions for Use: Clean surface of all dirt, loose paint, rust, oil and grease. Allow surface to dry before applying sealant. Use standard caulking equipment to apply sealant. In cold weather, warm container at room temperature before use. Approximate Lap Sealant Cure Times: (approximate times for 50-70degree F weather)5 Minutes – Skins over 4 Hours – Waterproof 48 Hours – Cure 80percent 30 Days – 100percent Cure Manufacturers production date is located on the bottom of the tube. This is not an expiration date, it is production date. This product can last indefinitely as long as it is stored in a dry location and not extreme temps. Ideal temp storage between 55 to 85 degrees.

This stuff is great. I have needed to reseal the top of a horse trailer and I had been told by the dealer its not hard to do the cost of having it done is 90% the cost of materials. I found this here and its what they use at a great price. It is easy enough to use. Squirt it where you want it out of a caulk gun and it does the rest. Its self leveling and if you have every used caulk you should have no problem using this product.

Used to "refresh" the cracking caulk on the roof seams, skylight edges, sewer vents, TV and radio antenna, etc. of my RV. Provided best coverage when making sure the Caulk Tubes were warmed up so it went on smoothly and leveled nicely over seams, skylight edges, sewer vents, TV/radio antenna, etc. without leaving unsightly ridges of the caulk. The Dicor brand has had good reviews for quality and appears to be a trusted name in the self Leveling caulk market. I hope it hold up as good as they state in the product info. Recommended by the RV repair shop where I get my service performed.

I have used this product on other trailers. Works great. One of the tubes in the last case was only 5 ounces instead of 14 ounces, however, the seller did not respond. Luckily I had enough to do the job without opening that tube.

Cheapest I've found this product. We Stripped our motorhome roof of the old.easy to apply we still have a few tubes left for future touch up
