Did not like the fact that these are so hard you cannot roll them up with the awning. They must be removed to roll it up. Will be looking for a more flexible hanger. Other than that, the do slide in grove on awning tube.

We found these to be just what the doctor ordered for hanging string lights from our RV awning while at camp. In the past it had been inconvenient to say the least to attach and remove lights from the awning, using these hangers simply slide them into the awning roller before you push the awning fully up and you are ready to drape you string lights from end to end. Such a simple device that accomplishes a much-desired effect.
