As the title of the review says. This completely fixed the issues I was having with my wipers. They wouldn't park in the correct position, there was no one time wipe, it only work as the lever was held, and they wouldn't work at all when it was cold for extended amounts of time. If you have any of these issues with your 03 Focus, get this part and just replace it. Cheap and easy fix.
