Moved to the coast this year. I wanted a relaxed, beachy look. So, going after this style, I bought the COOFANDY version of this shirt. It was too short and the type cotton they use didn't feel right. It's sleeves have strip & button to tie up a slightly rolled-up sleeve - I thought that might be a good thing. Then I ordered this Ryanology version. At 6'1" and 230 lbs, I did go up a size to XXL (after the too-small COOFANDY experience). I was dead on. This thing is perfect! The no strip & button mattered not - the rollup stays on its own. The cotton's feel is incredibly comfy and the look so relaxed. Paired with the "iWoo Mens Cotton Linen Drawstring Pants Elastic Waist Casual Jogger Yoga Pants", this shirt/pants combo screams "Chill dude". looking forward to watching sunrises over the surf!! ;-)In time, I will post pix of the Ryanology-iWoo coastal color pairings. Have received numerous compliments.One downside: Ryanology needs to add a mint color. The green they offer looks like military, not beach. OK, maybe military invasion of a beach. HA! So, I had to just order the cool-looking mint colored BEILU Men's Linen Henley Shirts Long Sleeve Hippie Lightweight Casual Beach T Shirt. C'mon, Ryanology, get with it! More coastal colors like mint and peach, PLEASE! ;-) This is a coastal shirt! - Make it in coastal colors!BTW, I just received teh BEILU mint shirt- it's lighter weight and more comfortable than Ryanology's shirts! But it's long sleeve - so, I'm going to the alterationist today to get the sleeves to what Ryanology makes. Oh, the work one must do to get the coastal colors one wants!

I'd normally shop at Thorntons Melon's Tall and Fat. This looked nice enough and was looking for a 3/4 sleeve shirt to wear over the top of my Tee short for cold winter so I fell for it. It does a good job of obfuscating that it is not a chinese company by having it appear to be a Germany company it is in fact made in china and as such a 3XL chinese is about XS Childrens in the USA and a S in Germany. If you are not built like the models move on.

I do like the looseness, aside from it being a smidge small for an XL. Makes for a comfortable, if slightly scratchy, summer afternoon: I'm hoping after multiple washes it will soften up.
