I live in the high desert where it gets HOT! This allows us to hang in the backyard with some amount of enjoyment :) it really cools things off and my pets enjoy it as well!

I haven't used it as of yet, well except for the airflow. My friend has a bucket type mist fan that works quite well.I chose the hose style for while working in my greenhouse to keep me cool while misting my veggies too!

Defective fan. Used it to cool down a dog kennel in a 100+ degree California weather and that fan quit working after a few days. I returned it and the vendor wanted to charge me for a $98.39 restocking fees. What a scam!Restocking fees for a defective item? Do not buy from the Country Butler vendor.

Part number TTI019504001031 is the $5.63 nozzle part for this misting fan. I assume, over time, the nozzles will clog with water bourn deposits so I want to proactively purchase replacements. Unfortunately, as of 5/30/2024 these nozzles are not available from the Ryobi site. I do hope Ryobi makes them available in the near future. I don't want to make this $182 product a throw away item.

The power of the air it supplies is more that sufficient for job sites but i love the mist part of it the most. Summer time will be a breeze thanks to the 2 mist nozzles. I recommend it 100%

This is not the type you can just dip the tube into a bucket of water very important this one only works if you connect it to a water hose otherwise it's just an expensive fan. My mistake I guess, I was looking for the one that you could put on top of a bucket that would draw water remotely not one that I have to find a hose for in places that I can't find hoses that attached to the water spigot

Bought 2 from home depot last year. One almost immediately had issues. One side would dribble out. The the other one eventually did the same. Fast forward to this year and I went to set them both up and both have the same issue; i.e. pump is broken. I bought an ego misting fan last year as well and it is amazing. So when these two died (very fast) I bought another ego. Now I have like 6 ryobi batteries with no use (haha). Lesson learned.
