Is this blanket super cool? No. Is this blanket a sub-zero oasis on hot days? No. Does it feel cooler then the ambient air to the touch? Yes. Do the four legged beasts lay on it? Yes. Mission accomplished.I put this blanket in my puppies kennel, and she enjoys laying on it. I have also noticed that she will come in and lay on it when she is hot. I have had to wash it once already, and did notice that it seems to loose some of its cooling abilities. I also noticed that after washing it (in cold water), that it lost it's ability to change colors. It is now a light blue color, also white.Would I recommend this to lay on top of a cot, or put down in a kennel for every day use? Yes. I am not panicky if the puppy chews on the blanket. I do stop her if she starts though!

My dog was a little hesitant at first but he quickly loved this on the hot summer days. Once he figured out that it was cooling ( I had to try it too LOL) My dog loves it and it is easily washable. It is in his favorite spot to sun bask in the window when I am not home. Best of both worlds for him.

Loved it. You do need to keep it cool by holding it up to car air conditioning between uses if car get too hot to keep it cool for dogs/pets . Do not leave in car. Washes nice. Hang dry.

Received 7/15. My dog only sleeps on it ~6 hours a day but it stopped turning back to blue awhile ago. I can't really tell if it's still cooling, but according to the description, white means it's exhausted, & it is currently exhausted 24/7 now.

I brought the large pad. When it arrived the driver left it at my front door in the sun. I did know it was there until an hour later. It was 93 degrees. I touched the pad and it was cool. I was surprised. At first my dog did not like it. I had to sit on it to get her to lay on it. It cooled her down and she stopped panting. When she got hot again, she moved to the other side and I could see that the color changed from her body heat. Overnight I saw that slept on the pad the whole night. I am happy that she is happy. I may purchase another one.

This summer we are having extreme hot weather in Idaho🥵Our Golden Retriever Sky, despite having the air conditioner running all the time at home, was overheating and thirsty every day🥺 He was always looking for a place in the house where it was cooler, it was the bathroom or entrance hall. Now he has his own cool place-cooling mat that he can lay on and feel great on those hot days. Sky liked the mat right away, he laid down on it almost immediately and felt relieved. Now it's his favorite spot in the house. Interestingly, the mat changes color when he lies on it. The mat is convenient to take with you to visit or to the nature. It is compact, but the dog fits on it entirely. The product is fully consistent with the description, fast delivery👠P.S. in the last photo you can see that our son also appreciated this mat😄

As some others have described, this item arrived with the blue color already faded. But, I think that was because it had been in a package left outside my door on a hot day. I put it in my fridge and it turned blue quickly enough. It feels cool to the touch. My cat hesitated to sit on it at first, but once he did, he seemed to enjoy it. I wouldn’t say it gets super cold, but it does feel chilled enough. It turned white while he sat on it, then back to blue once he got off. Maybe not worth the price, but a satisfactory item.

The moment I bought it, I unpacked it and layed it out on our couch. My dog directly layed on it as if she knew it was hers and has not moved for hours. Cool to see it changing colors :) however after a week of use, the color stopped changing and has gone completely white.

This cooling mat really is cool to the touch and has a little padding for your doggo. At first my dog didn’t understand what was up with this weird mat that I was training her to sit on but now I catch her laying on it a few times a day! She especially likes laying in the sun on the nice cool mat. Hoping to move it outside so she can use it on our deck when we are chillin outside. I would recommend if you train your dog to use it.
