Use while woodworking. Purchased as a secondary dust mask when using a hand saw or sander. The fit is good, it’s comfortable and light weight. It appears to be good quality dust mask with replaceable filters.

I have used this mask for several days now both in the garage and outside of the house in varying temperatures from 40s to the low 70s. It is comfortable and seems to be effective at trapping the overwhelming majority of small and fine wood chips and saw dust. The carrying case is the perfect size and is easy to manipulate while wearing gloves. The mask and case store very flat and don’t take up much room in the “safety†drawer in my tool chest alongside the gloves and goggles/glasses. The strap does not cause any irritation or pressure lines on my neck or face while in use even when worn for long periods. The Velcro closure is easy to apply and remove while wearing gloves as well. The only down side is I find I remove my safety glasses to see more clearly as they are fogged up when I exhale. It then becomes a battle, eyes or lungs or miss a cut and loose a finger. That may be a bit dramatic, but I cannot find an adjustment of the strap and nose piece that prevents the fogging. I have tried four pairs of glasses/goggles and sun glasses, all the same result. So the battle continues…

This product replaced an old style heavy respirator I had used that was awkward and un comfortable. The RZ mask really is an upgrade from my that one. In fact I cant even believe how easy it goes on and comes off and it seems to be highly effective in keeping the fine dust from getting in my lungs. Recently I had to rip some very high density plywood/signboard in the shop. I started out going mask less and this material was so fine the air born cloud of dust particles immediately went through my nostrils in straight into my body. The first piece being cut already I could proceed and used the old mask for a few more cuts I needed right away. Then I found the RZ masks on Amazon and my order arrived the next day. I will be able to use a mask from now on whenever I think the dust is too fine. You can put this on and remove it in a few seconds and when itw on your face it does not obstruct you at all.

I do a lot of woodworking and dust is always a problem. I always used those cheap white masks with the rubber band holding them on I gave these a try and they work very well. It's comfortable and filters dust out very well. The hook and loop closure lets you adjust it to be comfortable on your face.

Works well, easy to put on, price was great, seems to filter dust very well. I can comfortably breathe while wearing this. And it comes with a nice little pouch to store in with an extra filter pad. I highly recommend these.

Use for PPE while using orbital sander. Easy on-easy off. Only 4 stars due to fact that must adjust fit of nose piece. Too tight and can not breathe. Too loose and seal may not be as effective.

Im dust free! Until I take it off.I wear glasses and have started up the saws with this mask on cold mornings without my glasses fogging. That in itself is a big deal for me. Let alone I can’t even smell the fresh cut wood in this thing.I tried all these fancy dust collectors and vacuum hoses etc etc. What a hassle. Always in the way with hand tools and routing and re routing hoses and adapters. Kicking off breakers, you can have it.This mask is a gods send. It fits tight and I saw complaints in the reviews but in order to achieve a seal it has to. There’s internal filters which give it that small feel but it’s designed to keep out particles and it does. It comes with an extension piece of Velcro but I tried it and it defeated the masks purpose.It comes with replacement filters and a handy nylon bag to repel dust that may get on the outside. I liked the functionality so much I bought 2 more at the under $8 price. What a value considering most are around the $25 range.Filter replacements and exhaust valves are readily available and I even bought those.I obviously recommend these to anyone who is tired of coughing and sputtering after a long day of woodworking or yard work.

I bought to try and filter sawdust.I have COPD and tried using the mask with my oxygen nose piece and air line. This probably let sawdust come in where the line went under the mask. I will have to try again without my oxygen line. I also use a full faced 3M respirator with my oxygen line and it does work well.

Product does a good job of cleaning air but fits smaller than expected. I ordered the large and have trouble fastening it around my head. Also having trouble finding replacement filters
