Purchased for my son who has a new bar in his basement. It’s a beautiful wood ice bucket. Has tongs with it. It’s smaller so don’t be fooled into thinking it’s a big ice bucket. It’s a perfect size though and looks beautiful on the bar.

When my S’well ice bucket arrived, I was impressed with how it looked and how well insulated it is but I quickly realized it was missing the lid and the tongs However, when I received it, the bag was open so I’m guessing those items got lost in transit. Luckily I was able to contact the S’well company rather than just returning it and risking it getting thrown into a landfill. They immediately responded and are sending me the missing pieces. I love this ice bucket. Customer service was amazing rectifying this issue so quickly. Thank you.

Nicely made and looks good. I put ice in it two days ago and it is still there. My only wish is that it had a riser in the bottom for melt water to go in rather than just pooling.

Very pretty! I don’t really care for the tongs and use a scoop. Holds the ice for a very long time. I use it often as I often host bridge parties. I have many of their Swell Bottles and this was a good addition and value for the money.

My ice never melted in this thing. It was a bit smaller than I expected so just read the dimentions before buying. But honestly I didn't have to refill it so I guess it was the right size for a party of 25ish.

I bought this but didn’t think it would keep ice as ice for very long. That said, the ice lasts for hours with very little melting. Looks nice as well.

This ice bucket is fantastic. Ordered it for a party to put out in the bar. When cleaning up after the guests had left the ice was still completely frozen, no water at all in the bucket. The party was inside though haven’t tested the bucket in summer heat yet. Perfect size for a cocktail party.
