Easy install, perfect fit, fast delivery and they work great. Now, instead of straight arming and holding the hood/hatch up for 5 seconds to see if it will stay up, I merely get it to the halfway point and the struts take it the rest of the way.

Installed in January 2012. Now Mar 2014 and working fine. Looks like an exact match to what was originally on the 2004 X5 rear hatch. No complaints. Easy to install.
