I found that the 5/16-18 UNC hex nuts are well made with a smooth finish great for everyday around the house use. We live near the beach where everything rusts or corrodes due to the salt in the air so I prefer to use the 304 (18-8) material especially for outside use for their corrosion resistance. While these do not have the same strength as a grade 5 steel nut (I believe that they are around grade 4-4.5) they are much better than the typical grade 2 steel nut that is at the local hardware store. The price is also much less than the hardware stores. Excellent value for the price.

These are well machined 1/2†nuts made of 304 stainless steel. They do not have any noticeable burrs on them and the threads are consistent and clean. These cost approximately .53 cents each which is less expensive than buying them by the piece at the hardware store. I think these are a good value and being made of stainless steel will allow me to use these without worrying about them rusting.

Good quality nuts that appear to be well-made upon inspection with a magnifier.At the current price of about $.80 apiece, they are a good value compared to per-item hardware store prices, particularly being stainless steel.

What can you say about 100 pieces of 6 mm Stainless-Steel nuts?They are what they were promised to be.They are shiny and smooth.At $7.00 per 100 nuts, they are quite fairly priced.If you need these, buy them.I'm using them to assemble my DIY solar LiFePO4 battery packs, and they are fine.

Very nice quality stainless nuts. They are clean, machined very well, and also polished well. They were shipped in a standard thin plastic box. There is enough in this order to keep my projects going for some time.
