The product is great; parts fit, not terribly difficult to install once I figured out a better way. Its very difficult to measure distances on the ceiling using a standard retractable ruler. They not designed to measure things over your head. Once I got a thin piece of molding and cut it to 48 1/2 inches and 72 1/2 inches, I could hammer these temporary measuring sticks to the ceiling with a small nail and that made all the difference. ( for a 4 x 6 rack ) The instructions are detailed and you can tell they are really trying hard to give guidance, but well drawn illustrations would have worked better than photographs that are too small to really tell what they're trying to show you.

It is durable. Functional. Out of the way.The issue may be trying to find someone to hang it. Safe Racks doesn't have installers in every city

product is great for getting garage clutter cleaned up. Product is very sturdy. found it cheaper on amazon than in the big box stores

We really like the rack but the instructions weren't the best. Also, it was not very sturdy so my husband cut some wood triangles and screwed them into the corners, which helped a lot.
