This base is great! I take care of my nephew during the week while his parents are at work, and this is a quick and easy way to get the car seat in and out of my car. It just takes one click to attach the car seat to the base and you’re good to get on the road.The base fits several different types of car seats (just make sure to check the manufacturer’s description to make sure your car seat is compatible with this base) and the car seat attaches to the base firmly and securely with a latch. It also has a tension indicator that shows you when the car seat and base are adjusted to the correct level, so there’s an extra level of safety. That lets me know that everything is correctly installed, which makes me feel good knowing that my nephew is safe.If you’re looking for an easier way to get your car seat in and out of your vehicle (or to swap out your car seat between different vehicles if you decide to buy more than one base) you definitely can’t go wrong with this one!

I have a 4 month old and and 14 month old. My husband keeps one car seat in his SUV and I keep one in my backseat of my car. It is so much easier to not have to step away to find hubby for the base. So two was the best way to go.The base is pretty easy to install and secure. If you are not experienced in this, do not hesitate to ask for help from a friend, parent or police or fire professional.Because this is made from a reputable brand know for safety, I'd say this is the best there is. Versatile too for when she grows up! Best find yet!

This base, by every appearance, looks exactly like the base that came with our seat originally. Sturdy. Well built. Two positions for easy installation. And satisfying clicks that let you know you've done installed it correctly. And once its in there you're not going to have to readjust it much. In almost a month of owning it we haven't had to move it at all.If you're thinking about getting a second base, do it! It makes it super convenient to move the car seat from car to car. I totally trust it with our kid in the back. It's a life changer for any parents who are trading cars or going through the frustrating experience of swapping a single base.

This has worked very well as our second base for our baby cousins car seat/carrier. I feel very safe and secure, it snaps/clicks right into place. I didn’t like how I was always moving the base I had from car to car, depending on who was driving with the baby. With this extra seat base, it’s really nice to have one for my own vehicle. I don’t have to move it around anymore, it’s set where it’s put now and I no longer have to worry about moving it anywhere else. The plastic is nice thick quality and it fits great in the car. This is a great replacement car seat base, or as a secondary for another vehicle. I am very pleased with how this works, it’s just like the one that I got with the car seat I have.

This is a nice base with easy install and a slimmer fit than some others I've seen. It fits perfectly in my car (Chrysler Pacifica) and makes it so much easier to not have to swap bases between cars when carrying the baby. I like that it has the modern style latches so I don't hurt my fingers taking it in and out of the car. If you have compatible gear, this is a great choice.

We got this to have as a spare so we don't always have to swap out one between two vehicles depending on the reason needed for each vehicle. So my car has the main base and my husband's truck needed a base for when we go food shopping and for winter with the snow and all. After reading the instructions (because it is always good to brush up your knowledge!) It was super easy to install and done in no time! It has a nice level bubble to easily tell when you're level during the install, and it locks well when placing the car set in place!

I am a first time mother. I thought for a carseat, you just put a child in the seat and buckle them in (kind of like an adult). I had no idea about the things that you need to be paid attention to, and I ended up joining Facebook groups for child seat safety.I was able to prepare myself and learn that my car did not have a latch system-and I needed to have one installed. Being as I have never used the belt, I didn't know how tight the latch belt should be. This car seat base has an ingenious feature using red & green, to show you when there is proper tension. This seems reasonably lightweight, and I was able to manage it as a relatively petite woman at 125 lbs.

This base is quite easy to install and secure with the latch connectors, and the base is solid and stable, quality made and quite lightweight, it has an adjustable foot and eight position recline that makes it compatible with most vehicles, the easy to read indicators and level check window also make it easy to ensure it's properly installed, youll get your money’s worth, it was a good fit with our car seat, i am pleased with this car seat base and would highly recommen it to any parent who needs an affordable and safe option for their infant's car seat.
