Only one egg hatched and when I checked the eggs were cold only the eggs in the middle were warm that’s why only one hatchedCan’t return anymore. Don’t buy it

Incubator requires an additional (sold separately) thermometer to accurately read temp and humidity. I followed all instructions and wasted 12 quail egg & 11 chicken eggs before realizing it was the incubators crap reading! It does not get and stay above 97°F and the humidity gets waaayyyy to high with very little water. Very hard to maintain accurate humidity.

I live in a hot state but the incubator will not get past 98 degrees and beeps so loud constantly from not being at temperature ! So it’s pretty much useless

I have bought three different incubators in the past few months. This one has been the worst. In a room that is 72 degrees it could not reach the desired temp of 99.5, even wrapped in the styrofoam insulation it came with.

I got this incubator and set it up to test it and check temperature on it over several days more than a week before I was going to set eggs. I sent it back and got a refund. There was consistently a 7-8 degree temperature difference between the left and right sides of the incubator, even when using the included styrofoam insulation with it. I monitored the temperatures with both a digital thermometer which I moved from side to side, and also a digital infrared temperature gun.The incubator's temperature probe was in the middle and the heater & fan on the left side. Only the couple eggs in the middle could have possibly stayed at the right temperature to hatch. This was a big case of "you get what you pay for." I sent it back and requested a refund and bought a name brand incubator.

Product really fogged up on the right half of the top so bad you cannot see thru it with very little water and temperature would not go over 97.5 even with styrofoam. Validated with 3 different thermometers. This renders it useless to me, even at a fantastic price!!
