I liked the look of this ink and decided to buy the package. Soooo glad that I did. The ink is really spectacular, and the fude nib is amazingly smooth for a very inexpensive steel nib. I wouldn't advise this set for any lengthy writing, but it is wonderful to play with. I just wish the ink were suitable for fountain pens.As it is, it's a great treat for folks who love pens and ink to play around with.

The color is beautiful. The ink goes on nice and smooth, and the dip pen it comes with is nice as well. The color is bold and the light catches the reflection of the secondary color in the ink. It’s just a beautiful color

the pen works great but the ink i received has 0 shimmer in it and is just a dark hunter green. I tried shaking quite a bit but it is completely missing any shimmer or color reflect. It appears to have the correct bottle but it's as though someone put in some cheap dark green ink.

The pen and ink are nice quality and packaged well. The ink is not as shimmery as I was expecting though.

The packaging was in excellent condition, but the pen slot was empty. I’m working with Amazon on a replacement, but it was a big disappointment. I love bent nib pens and was excited to try a dip version. On the plus side, the ink bottle is beautiful and the ink is a deep purple with a green sheen where ink is concentrated. If you spray it with water there is some separation with blue on the outer edges. It is not water resistant, even when fully dry.
