I purchased three pairs of these for a cruise to the Bahamas. The fit is the best thing about these linen blend pants. In comparison to other brands I have purchased, these have a tapered leg and less voluminous overall fit. Are these skinny fit? No...so don't misunderstand. I never understand why people expect a beach pant to be skinny, when the point is to wear a loose, cool pant for the hot weather? I bought white, navy and beige and all have a nice weight to the fabric. They're not flimsy feeling or see-thru like some others I tried. As other reviewers have stated, the beige is slightly yellowish and the navy is slightly lighter than navy. The color difference isn't a deal breaker for me, so I kept all three. The pockets are patch pockets, which give them a casual vibe. I like the dressier look of non-patch pockets on another brand I bought at the same time, but this is the only brand I've found that's more fitted. After washing the pants in gentle, cool water and line drying, I didn't notice any shrinkage. For reference, I wear a 32x32 jean and size 32 fit perfectly in length and waist. The only negative about these pants involves the beige color pant. I experienced the same problem as another reviewer. When the beige pant was washed, it looked like the color was bleached out of the fabric over a large area. I thought I overused the oxyclean when I tried to remove some stains from the trip. However, after drying, the color was perfectly normal over the entire pant with no problems. I definitely recommend these pants.

Although they run large (at first), after 3-4 washings and dryer cycles, they shrink - and then run true to size. You’ll want to run the hem about 1/2†longer if you don’t want “high watersâ€. I bought 3 colors - black (faded pretty quickly, but still nice); brown (more like a khaki); and navy (just received, haven’t washed yet, and not a dark navy - dark dark blue would be more accurate). Update - the “navy†color also shrunk enough to fit well. The “brown†is apparently a different weave or pattern, because it continues to remain large no matter how often ii is washed in hot water and dried in hi-temp dryer.Decent value for $32. Very comfortable. Looks good!! Durability…to be seen.Update… the “brown†have not shrunk at all, so definitely run large. Haven’t worn the navy yet.

The pants look really nice on my husband and he says they are cool and comfortable. I took off one star because these shrank about 2 inches in length after washing on gentle in cold water per the label instructions. I dried on low heat and removed while still damp and hung to finish drying. The pants now rest on the top of his foot. He is okay with this since he will be wearing with sandals on vacation. He is 5 foot 10.

I really like these pants. I ordered one pair in white and another in gray, which is a very light colored gray. I like to wear these type of pants around the beach or resorts we visit, as I’m not a big fan of using sunscreen. Having had skin cancer dug out me for the last 10 years from too many years of excessive sun exposure here in Southern California, these pants give me some protection from that. I realize these would most likely have a low SPF rating in regards to sunblocking, but that’s fine, as I don’t sit out in direct sun all that long anyway when I go places. I do have sun blocking hiking type pants when I do need something like that. I also realize that you still need a certain amount of vitamin D that the sun provides naturally, so these fit the bill in that regard. I like their loose fit, and being all cotton, they dry fast as well if you do get them wet.I’m 6’ 1†/ 195 lbs. and normally wear a size 34 waist with a 32 inseam in low waisted jeans. The size large I ordered in these pants seem to fit me just right with a good length to them. Being that they are all cotton, I plan on washing them on a cold cycle and hang drying them to keep them from shrinking up. I would highly recommend these pants, as I am more than satisfied with their quality and fit.

The color description is nowhere close to accurate.- Navy is more like that Cornflower crayon when you were a kid- Khaki is bright goldI returned both, and will now try my third choice, brown. Perhaps these will be accurate.The fabric itself is very breathable and comfortable, which is why I keep trying with these.

When I first looked at the page for these linen pants it said the recommended size for me was 32-inch. Considering I am a 36-inch in all my other pants I questioned this advice. But it planted doubt in my mind that maybe these pants run really large.They do not.I ordered the same color in both 34-inch and 36-inch. I tried on the 36-inch first and they fit perfectly. Very comfortable.I didn't open the 34-inch pants and returned them the same day I received them.Next I ordered the same 36-inch pants in another color, which will be delivered today.All to say that the pants are very comfortable and will be great when I vacation at a beach in Mexico next week.

These fit my husband like a dream. He’s about 180lb, 6ft, and has slimmer legs/seat. The 32 fit him perfectly because of the stretchy waist. If it wasn’t for that it wouldn’t button at all as his waist is actually about 38-39inches so the stretch was impressive. He decided to size down because of the reviews. They don’t look transparent although Ill know better after we go on our tropical trip and spend some time in the sunlight. I’ll also know better about quality after the wash. Extremely affordable for the casual yet nice look they give. Super happy. Buying pants is always tricky for him because of his legs being a different width then his waist so if someone else has this build this might be worth a try. I also like that they look have a flattering fit, not looking extra baggy or sloppy.

No serán 100% Lino pero son bastante cómodos y no se ven tan de mala calidad. Se ven algo medio duraderos y creo que para llevártelos de vacaciones a la playa y estar cómodo y fresco durante el dÃa y la noche son recomendables.Funcionan como pantalón de vestir por la noche si estas en un resort con una camisa se ven bien.

Muy cómodos y bonitos, son como esperaba. Fácil de lavar y planchar y se ven super bien, muy fresco y excelentes para el calor y la playa. Además no se transparenta la ropa interior (obviamente procurando que también sea de color claro).Un detalle que me agradó fue que trae resorte, botón y jareta; entonces el ajuste en la cintura es muy bueno.
