Because I walk my dogs at night, they wear little vests that have a strip of reflective tape on them. People will slow down in their car and exclaim that they love the vests because they're able to see the dogs from far away! I realize that I should be wearing something that reflects, as well, and this does the trick!I like these, they're comfortable, and I will wear them when I walk my dogs at night! I like that I can order a set of two, and I will give one to my neighbor who walks with me most nights! I don't know if I will use the wristbands, but they are there in case I want to. I will probably attach my flashlight to the hook so I don't have to keep digging into my pocket to get it out and then stuffing it back in! I think that it's a good idea for safety, they are inexpensive, to say the least! I like that I could choose two different colors, one for myself and one for my neighbor, I like that it's adjustable and I have it extended all the way so it goes from my shoulder down to just past my waist.

These are perfect and I've used them since purchasing on Black Friday sales from 2023, so almost a year ago from the writing of this review.These have held up well, been very reliable, and are VERY reflective. Living in Montana, I end up with more evening after work than not, especially between October and March. Every evening I walk the dogs, and this ensures I am seen in the very dark areas of town where we walk.For the price, these are excellent. I use the larger bands moreso than the smaller ones, but all of them are great and having spares for family members or friends that join me has been great.It might seem silly at first, but if you've almost been ran over by someone who didn't see you at a cross walk, it is an absolute piece of mind.

Wow! You should see the cars swerving out of the way to avoid hitting me! I walk my dog at night and at early morning and use these to make sure I’m am seen. In reality, they work well and make me easily visible in the dark. You should get them.

If you are looking for a low maintenance visibility option this will meet your needs. I had entertained the light up options for things like this, but decided that I probably would not be on top of keeping it charged for when I wanted to use it. I truly just was looking for an easy on easy off, fit no matter what coat I was wearing option to improve visibility when out for walks at night. This strap is adjustable, comfortable and appears to be very visible when lights hit it. And with two in the pack a family member has been going out with me and both of us are more visible to drivers. I do carry either a flashlight or other light option to up my noticeability on the road, but I am very happy with this strap and would recommend.

I've used these to walk along a busy road without a sidewalk. I could tell the cars definitely saw me walking and slowed down.
