Just as described, great price and works well. Gives a nice clean look to my building and all the keys/locks work great. I just called the local post office and arranged to have their installer come out and put in the USPS lock after I had mounted it and we were off and running.

This product is very well made and I think it will last a very long time in my rental! There was an issue with one of the locks that we had to have rekeyed but otherwise it was easy to install!

I purchased this mailbox for my 6 plex apartment building. From day one the hinge points at the bottom corners have had difficulty staying in place, making it difficult for the postal carrier to secularly close the entire box after delivering mail. It seemed to be hit and miss for the carrier as they have put up with it the past few months since we installed it. Until this week, the postal carrier posted a note on the mailboxes, saying that they can no longer deliver mail to these mail boxes as they are unable to securely close the unit, and all mail is being held at the post office. This unit looks great but there is something either wrong with the design of the pins in the lower corners that act like hinges or with the locking mechanism at the top, because the postal carrier got increasingly frustrated with being unable to close it properly. I should have requested a return right away, now I am stuck with a $240 expense that I have to eat and now get another box. Pretty disappointing.

A word of caution: not only is this product for replacement only, but it has to be installed in the exact location as the existing mailbox. Our condo mailboxes are in our outdoor entrance, and pretty much destroyed by vandalism, so we bought these, which are the same as our existing ones, and installed it inside our lobby area. When USPS came out to install their locks, they wouldn't do it because we changed the location, so we had to send them back. Big hassle!!

Sturdy, easy to install, however, should be indoors. Or you may choose to weather-proof it.
