I replaced really old mailbox set up and it was too expensive to fix all the broken locks on the old one...this was a lot more cost effective to get new! These weren't as heavy as my old ones but they just get bolted to a wall anyway. I order several because I had a big area (apartments). One came dented. The box was ripped a little. I think it was the delivery not the manufacturer. They were very nice and shipped out another right away. I couldn't mount them till the replacement came. So it gave time to match up the address stickers with the keys! Since it was replacing one already removed, the tenants didn't like the wait, but it couldn't be helped.(They had to pick up their mail at the post office during that time) They are sturdy and all the door openings worked. Important to check prior to mounting. I should've replaced my old boxes sooner because these look nice in the entry of the building. This was a good price too. Installation was easy for my guy!

The mail box came damaged the frame was bent and it had several dings all around. Mostly there were no keys supplied! How are we supposed to use a 7 gang mailbox with no keys??

Bang for the buck these work well, but the locks are very sticky and one of the key locks doesn't rotate at all, will be reaching out to Salsbury to replace the lock. They are easy to install and the quality is "OK". One other thing to note is when the USPS locks are installed they set back from the face of the box. It's not a functional problem, just aesthetically incorrect.
