The bidet sprayer should be able to gradually increase the spray intensity of water. This one only gives you a sudden burst of water. You can choose between high and low, but you have to handle the end of the spray unit which might be contaminated from the initial spray. Returned this for another product which gives a gradual increase of spray to desired intensity.

The biggest issue, which other people have already stated, so I'm chiming in as well, is that this should have came with instructions. many people, myself included, are just now being put on to the bidet craze, so of course we won't know how to install this. If this came with instructions, installation easily could be in just 5 minutes! The bidet itself is pretty good, although it'd be nice if there was a way to have the water shoot out warm-ish. It is cool that you can adjust the pressure at which the water shoots, because it initially shoots SUPER strong, so be careful of that!

I received this last weekend. It took a little trial and error to get it working right. Initially after setting it up the water came out of the spray gun way too strong. After I was done using it I had a puddle of water on the floor. The high power jet was ricocheting off of me as I was using it so water sprayed everywhere. I spent some time cleaning the toilet, floor, etc. Installation was super easy maybe 5 or 10 minutes. I had to turn the water almost all the way down and the lever on the T valve almost all the way down. So in order to get the sprayer not to work like a fire hose I had to turn the water almost off and turn the lever almost to the off position. After that the water came out at the right speed and force. The water pressure is way less now and I'm able to use it without making a big mess. It works good. I can get myself a lot cleaner now with this bidet sprayer. Toilet paper just never does a very good job. Using water to clean that spot works a lot better. So I start with the toilet paper and once done with that I soak that spot pretty good to get the rest of it off. This was a good request. The bidet sprayer works good and I highly recommend it.

The supply hose is only 3.92 feet but was advertised to be 4.92 feet. The 1 extra foot really makes a big difference and makes it difficult to use.

I have used various bidets over the years but never went to install my own as I had small kids and didn't want them to have access to so much water so easily! Now that my kids are older, when I saw this, I wanted to give it a try! The setup is less than 15 minutes and simple enough to do solo. The hose is long enough to use comfortably front and bottom, and the pressure is good too. I am not the biggest fan of cold water to clean up after the toilet, but this is better than plastic bidets that break or leak and is very easy to use. My kids have taken a liking to bidets as well and use them daily! A nice, clean solution for all!

This product is absolute trash. There is no way to adjust control the pressure. It's so very painful to use and I bought to. Complete waste of money.
