The Samson RSXM12a stage monitor lets you sound your best on even the loudest stages. This compact powerhouse pumps out 800 watts of clear, accurate sound through a 12"" woofer and 1"" horn-loaded tweeter. Don't let its size fool you-the coaxial design makes it lightweight and portable without sacrificing an ounce of audio quality.
The RSXM12a is a versatile performer at home on stage or in the DJ booth. Musicians can use it as a personal monitor for keyboards, electronic drums, or the entire band mix. DJs will appreciate its compact size, perfect for smaller booths. A single XLR-1/4"" combo input provides flexible connectivity, while the XLR link output allows you to expand your system. The RSXM12a is built to withstand the rigors of the road. Its all-wood cabinet construction ensures durability, while the steel grille protects the speaker's components. Integrated side handles make transporting this speaker a breeze. Whether you're a musician, DJ or sound professional, the Samson RSXM12a stage monitor delivers the power, clarity and flexibility you need to hear yourself perfectly in any situation.J.Attari

I bought three of these for my band and couldn't be happier. They work great for vocals, guitar keyboard....but I wouldn't put a kick drum through it. I wouldn't put kick through any 12" monitor so it's not a knock on this one specifically. This thing is crisp and clear. It took me no time to dial in a baseline eq and get a monitor mix we were happy with.A previous review said there's no way these could be 800w, and they're probably right. Almost no manufacturer is truthful about what their products will do consistently. And wattage does not determine volume...the enclosure and efficiency of the driver do. So don't get hung up on wattage ratings. Look at the sensitivity (ex. 95 dB @ 1 watt @ 1 meter)In the end, these are not EV, JBL, EAW, etc, so don't expect it to perform like them. These are budget, active monitors that do a good job. I've been doing love sound for many years and would not hesitate to put these on a stage. I've been using these since 2018 without issue.

Not the loudest floor monitor on the market, but for small clubs this baby will do just fine. Crank it up and hear all your goodness exploding out this bad boy.
