The airlines destroyed my older Samsonite roller bag so it was time to get a new one. I liked my old one but that model is no longer made so I looked for the features that I really wanted and found this one. When I first opened the box I was concerned that it appeared to be a little smaller and I couldn't really afford to downsize. However, when I packed this suitcase for my next trip, I found that I could actually get more into this one! Other than that, the handle is very sturdy, the wheels roll incredibly smoothly (MUCH better than my last one) and the zippers are all very high quality. For regular travel, you could spend more on another suitcase but I doubt you will find any better value.

I got the open box one so it was half price so worth it. Nice and sturdy. You can buy Samson item at Ross or TJMaxx but they are the more cheaply made. This was just a little more and so much more sturdy I love it. Live the side locks. Can’t wait to use.

I’ve been Samsonite user for many years. This is such a great bag, wheels make for a smoother ride than past Samsonite bags. Great value. I definitely think you can’t go wrong w Samsonite.

Very disappointed. The handle broke during the first trip. Expected much better for such a high-priced suitcase.

Despite Samsonite website claiming height is 23", it's not. It's actually smaller than the TravelPro spinner. Who cares if the height includes the handle? Give us the TRUE usable measurements to avoid all the return hassle.
