Like this door knocker. Needed something to add visual interest as had to take down our wreath as the birds kept getting on it and flying into our house when we opened the door. Screws do not go all the way through to the other side of the door. Easy to install.

Ordered these and they were cute and small. These are made for a doll house not a real door.
