We bought two of these and neither of them worked. Have tried to return for refund by phone,chat and email to no avail. Thoroughly frustrating. Even bought a warranty but have been able to get nowhere with the place we bought item and warranty from. Unfortunately Amazon has not been helpful either which is very atypical as we’ve always been very happy. Fortunately it was not an expensive item and am writing it off as a waste of money and time.

It works well. I just wish it had the lightning plug for the newer iPhones instead of the 3.5 mm plug.
