I have been manually pulling apart buds for decades, and thought it a perfectly adequate way of preparing Cannabis flowers for consumption. When dispensaries came on the scene, I found that commercially produced buds were considerably denser and harder to break down into the right sized bits. I finally decided to buy a grinder, and WOW what a difference! This Santa Cruz Shredder will produce the perfect grind for my convection vaporizer in just a few twists, and it doesn’t get all gunked up in the process. It’s a true game-changer, and I could be happier that I bought it. It is very well made out of beautifully milled metal, and should last forever. If I ever lose it I will buy another immediately. If you buy one, you won’t be disappointed.

It’s a good grinder. Shreds material into a fluffy consistency which I like. The metal rubs together though which my space case didn’t but this is also 1/2 the price.

Santa Cruz Shredder is still making a great quality grinder. Sometimes you might find yourself leaning toward a cheaper option. Once you do, you'll quickly have a change of heart, especially if it's a tool you use daily.Excellent grinder, would buy again. Although, these definitely last!
