I am 5’8 and 170 lbs. I ordered a XXL because I don’t like tight clothes at all. This is a perfect shirt for swimming and just overall sun protection. Love that I can sinch the sides or not. It has just enough room to not be skin tight. Order up if you want room. It is slightly see thru so I wear it over my swimsuit. Very happy with this shirt.
