Very cool to the touch, even in very unseasonably warm weather , I really hate hot pillows when you are trying to sleep. This is soft, retains its shape, fits a standard queen pillowcase. I have had it a month and gotvrid of my other pillows, this is great!

Excellent purchase! Big and comfy pillow that puffs right up! Firm enough for watching tv/reading in bed. Pockets on each side for phones or remotes. Love that the cover comes off for washing!

The product advertised being filled with "high density foam" but didn't have that fill, instead it was weakly filled with regular polyester fill. Not supportive. Pictures are misleading. The case was correct size.

It’s super cute, and comfy. I was worried about how soft it is, and with back problems I wouldn’t be able to use it for extended periods of time but a movie on the projector? It’s perfect. 4 stars because I do not think it should cost as much, for what you get.

it's a tad less structured than I anticipated it would be. came vacuum-sealed, and took about 12-15 hours to take it's full shape. It's also softer than I thought it would be but it's not too soft. I'm pleased.
