I really like this Sauna blanket! It is large, gets hot quickly, the timer and remote work perfectly, it has great effect on the body and any clean up is quick and easy! The layering is great and protects the Infrared heating wires well.It's great in the winter with the cold weather too - warms you up very nicely while the sauna improves your health!It's well worth the inexpensive cost to improve your health!

I'm cautiously optimistic on this sauna blanket. I went with this purchase due to the high volume of reviews in general - and that it was overwhelmingly positive.I've reached the age where I no longer bounce back from injuries and also have the 'where did THAT ache/pain come from???'I have used this lying in bed, and sitting up on the couch- I prefer to lie in bed with it as I felt it was easier to position the blanket better but both worked fine.I am someone that is frequently cold so the fact that I can warm up all over, at once, is awesome, lol. However, my main reasons for getting this are soothing aches and pains and hopefully improving my sleep.For the aches and pains I am seeing improvement - I have less with a current and one specific chronic injury for at least 24 hours. Sleep has yet to have a noticeable impact - but that may be because I use the blanket in the evening and then wake more to drink water during the night even though I am usually well hydrated.Unsurprisingly, it's bulky, lol... but perfectly manageable. Heats up and cools down fast. the quick cool down is appreciated as it has to cool before putting it away. So far very pleased with this item.

Easy to use and directions were easy to follow. The price was great it was under $100 dollars and it portable I can take it anywhere. And I can folded it up and put it away easily because it has it own bag. The quality is good. The temperature was great it didn't get too hot on my skin I really like my portable sauna 10 out of 10.
