Saunders invented the industry's first string dampener in 197...The Deadly-Quiet. The patented design absorbed excess string energy, helped get the arrow off the string faster to increase arrow speed and kept the string path aligned. Many have copied these concepts but all suffer from one common ailment - noise from repeated string slaps after the arrow leaves. You've probably seen high speed video of these dramatic oscillations. VUDU traps the string in the pistons recoil chamber, eliminates multiple resonant strikes and absorbs residual energy from the bow. No other string stop can make these claims or even come close - NONE, ZERO, ZILCH, NADA.
The ultimate dampener deserves an equally impressive mount. VUDU packs the new X-link progressive suspension. X-link uses three nylon tipped set screws per offset arm to lock firmly and help eliminate cable rod gouge. Configure X-link for the cable-rod then lock in the perfect reach and offset.

This works great. I have a 20 year old bow that still stoots great, but has always had bad string vibration and twang with every shot. This solved that perfectly. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who still has their old 2003 Matthews or AR 34. Sounds great and feels great with every shot.

I shoot a bear a bear divergent eko. It's a very accurate bow but has a lot of hand shock and it's loud. Nothing made a bigger difference than this string stop. No lie it killed 80 percent of the noise and nearly all of the hand shock. If bear would install these on all their new bows they would be able to sell them for what hoyt, bowtech and mathews get for flagship bows.

Works as advertised, does a very good job at silencing and removing vibration. If you want to quiet your bow and you're ok with the fact that the absorber materiel needs to be replaced now and then. Then go for it. It's definitely worth it for me.

Got the last item and it was used. Packaging was held with tape, item all scratched up. Overall it is lightweight and looks promising. Will update once everything is dialed in.

So far it's been a pretty good add to bow to make it more quieter , but for me right now working out well first reason I bought it ....
