We originally had an issue with the latch breaking after only a couple uses. The customer service rep asked for a picture and then sent us a replacement right away. Very happy with overall unit.

I ordered this a week ago and love it. I make egg rolls in it but not sausage as of yet. I even tried a small pie. Worked great.

it cooks great. nice golden brown color on crescent rolls and pie crust. the complaint i have is the painfully stupid clean up. you cant take out the metal parts to wash them and you cant put the whole thing in dish water obviously. so you have to clean it with a damp towel. also, no on/off switch. its good enough for the price i guess. have a nice day whoever you are thats reading this.

I have had this product about 4 months and have used it about 7-9 times total, 3 of which using puff pastry. This morning I made some waffle bars in it, and while it was still a tiny bit warm, I was putting it away, and then it leaked 1/2 cup of butter onto the floor. Previously I’ve always let it completely cool before putting it away so I was unaware that the bottom of the sausage roll maker was filling with butter every time I used puff pastry. The device is not properly sealed and there are two holes under the hinge that allows the bottom to completely fill up with butter and you not know about it. See pictures for the holes location. This is a fire hazard. Had I let the device completely cool off as per usual I would’ve put it away again and the bottom would have continued to fill up with butter until the butter itself would be touching the electric connections underneath. So if you buy this be prepared to undo 12 screws and clean out the grease trap.

This product was pretty easy to use. My children loved it and so did my husband. On the first day I made him a cheese stuffed chili dog with it.It’s great I work two jobs so it was easy for my son to pre-prep his breakfast. He made sausage egg and cheese wraps and they were wonderful. He loves it. He wrapped them and froze them so all he has to do is stick them in the microwave to heat them up. My 11-year-old is autistic and won’t eat anything but he ate pizza pockets made from this machine. Would recommend for busy moms.

Love it! Easy to use, you’ll have to figure out your own cook times as you need to download any info, not ideal for some that don’t have this option.
