The box was fine. I returned it and bought one big box instead of two smaller ones. Nothing wrong with the box.

When installing the lock and ride fasteners the two fasteners at the rear of the unit fit perfectly. But the holes for the front lock and ride fasteners do not line up. Both holes missed aligning with the cargo bed hole by an 1/8 of an inch. The holes are the correct diameter but narrower spacing than the cargo box holes. With some tilting and forcing I did get the lock and ride fasteners installed.Overall the fit and finish appears as good as OEM. Lid seals good with no dust getting in. I don't know about water leaks, I live in Arizona so rain is not an issue and I don't try to drive across the Colorado River either. One odd thing about this is that it has a really foul chemical smell. I mean it just stinks.Overall I'm satisfied with this cargo box and would purchase it again.
