I found these strings through Lucas Gitano on YouTube, and they're awesome!! I'm a self-taught beginner, and they make my cheap guitar sound much better than it really is. I've had the same set on for about 8 months now with no problems. I don't know if I should change them out after a certain amount of time, but, whatever... They're running strong, sounding great, so what's the point? Pick them up, you won't be disappointed!By the way, make sure they're going on a classical guitar. I'll admit it, I tried to put them on a steel string guitar when I first started, and it didn't end well, lol. Rookie move!!

Not much to say other than these $12 strings for the most part out-perform EVERY other brand of strings I've used. Ive played classical guitar for just under 28 years, and have played countless other brands of strings.I have found that SAVAREZ, hands-down continually produces the highest quality strings, secondary are La Bella or D'Darios Cristal strings in my opinion. The best Spanish-made classical guitars are generally sent out of the factory with these highest quality strings. It is ideal for both practice and a live performance.A cool looking package means nothing when the strings have poor resonance, youll be doing a dis-service to both the.guitar and your ears.

I have used Savarez before and have been very satisfied so I tried these Crystal Corum and they are worth the difference in value with the regulars I have used before

I have to qualify my rating for sound quality by being rather neutral. I put these on a cheaper guitar which never sounded expensive, but sounds good to my old ears. I suspect they will last well. I don't play more than an hour or two at a time with this guitar, but I can say for sure that they have lasted for several weeks with no problem. The thing I like most is that they settled in to tune very well and quickly. With the ups and downs of the weather, I have only needed to tune them a couple of times a week. I do use a digital tuner, by the way.

At first I thought something went wrong with my guitar. I had been using another brand of strings and everything was going well, but I decided to try the Savarez Cristal Corum 500CR Standard Tension. While putting the strings on, I noticed that the length of the strings was not very generous! I could barely get them to fit from the bridge to the tuning pegs. After restringing my guitar, I expected the usual few days of "breaking in" for the strings to stretch, and I knew I would have to keep tuning up. But after having them on my guitar for over a month, they STILL were unable to stay in tune, in fact, even during a simple hour of playing, I would have to make tuning adjustments multiple times. Then the "A" string started to make an odd sound--not a buzzing exactly, but it sounded more like the guitar was gargling when I would play a "C" on the 5th string. I was really concerned that something had broken in my guitar. Finally, after keeping the strings on for a month or so, I gave up and put a new set of another brand on my guitar, and the problems all went away. I don't know if I just got a bad set, because other people gave good reviews.

I put these on my Cordoba F7 flamenco guitar. These are medium tension so they are not too hard on the fingers but I think they sound just as good as the high tension version. Nice and bright sounding. Highly recommended.
