The harness is easier than a neck strap and seemed to be easier to adjust than the neck strap I had. No complaints! (Ps from a 75 year old who is relearning the tenor sax, from decades of not having played).

I just got this harness. It does what it's supposed to do. It's comfortable but most importantly it takes off the weight of the bari sax off my neck. I've only had it for a few weeks but so far so good. It's affordable and decent.

I bought this for my son for band. He plays saxophone and the neck strap has been bothering him as it pulls his neck downward because of the weight of the sax (think posture similar to a hunchback). However, it did not fit properly, and he could not get the saxophone up to his lips to even play once it was adjusted to fit him better. so I had to return it. It was a bit of a challenge to put it on the proper way as well. It also did not come with any instructions, as far as how to put it on, which way to put it on, and how much to adjust it so that it would fit the instrument, as well as my son. Had it fit right, it would have been great!That being said, the vintage look was nice and the quality appeared to be solid. I would recommend it, but only if there was a better way to measure and fit the person using it.Please note: I did not contact the seller about this issue, and it’s a bummer that it takes up to 30 days for a refund.

The plastic adjustment pieces will not hold the straps, they slip? So, it doesn’t stay adjusted. I had to tape it and get a shoe shop to sew the straps in the back leather cross piece.

Bought this for my daughter who plays the Baritone Sax in her school pep and marching band.Was looking for something that was more comfortable for her and would move the weight off of her neck. This item did it and dispersed it to the shoulders.

Its sturdy enough but no matter how its adjusted the straps pull on the body in awkward ways when the horn is lifted for play.

I purchase this strap as I no longer wanted my saxophone strap to hand around my neck. This product did the trick. It took me a few tries to learn how to put it on each time, nevertheless I did and love it. I'm a big person, not fat, just big shoulders. I was able to figure it out and got it to fit me quickly each time. I now use it each day. My neck no longer get the brunt of holding an instrument, Good Job!
