For what the price is, it’s actually pretty nice for costing even less than some beginner sax neck straps. I play bari and this was perfect for not choking me while I play. My one complaint however would be how far it can pull the sax up, as I found it to be a little bit low while standing. However you can fix this problem by simply turning the hook around the gold pull up part.

Had decent hopes for this shoulder strap but it really disappoints. First my alto sax isn’t even able to sit correctly when I play I have to hunch over js to get set and second you have to bend and adjust everything yourself which proved to be really confusing all in all wouldn’t buy.

This is definitely for a small child. The shoulder strap is exactly 12 inches. So when you fold it to the curb of your shoulders, the strap does not sit where the support is supposed to be. I am a full grown adult. I have broad shoulders. It does not work for me. Save yourself some time and look for something that is at least double the size for the shoulder strap. It also has no padding and is uncomfortable.

Seems to be good quality but the cord was way too long for all my saxophones - soprano, alto and tenor. I finally figured that I could pull the cord through the back of the hook mechanism and tie it off to make it work. The built-in small fancy metal sliders on the top of either cord for adjusting length are worthless because if you slide them down to shorten the cord, they get in the way of being able to pull up the hook mechanism which defeats the purpose. It would take very little modification on the part of the manufacturer of this product to solve the issue. The two shoulder supports are comfortable when shaped properly. Optimally, adding a solid cross section on the back rather than a cord to keep the two shoulder pieces farther out on the shoulders and away from the neck would provide a much better support and translate into less tension on the neck.
