The Guitar itself works fine, everything looks brand new. The travel amp does not work at all, it does not even come with a charging cable, ( I fortunately had a charger that fit), but it still did NOT work. It also has a compartment for a 9 volt battery which it still don't work with it either. Amazon done their job, but the product itself is not Amazons fault i don't beleive. to get it replaced I have to send it all back and the rest of the items are fine. So just know the little travel amp is trash. I gave it 5 stars so this review can be on the front page and Amazon is not responsible for product that is prewrapped by seller in my opinion.

The guitar works great. I was able to tune it and it sounds great for a $100 guitar. It's a fantastic beginner instrument. . It came with everything pictured, including the tuner, amp, cables, extra strings, and even the strap. The only problem is that I can't even use the strap because the strap mount is missing from the guitar. If not for the fact that I can't even use the strap, I would totally give this guitar 5 stars based on it's price, quality and value. I'm not going to send it back, but I need to try to find a way to install a strap mount on the guitar.

I have purchased this as a gift for my oldest grandson. (12). He is big into sports and video games, but this would be an actual something to learn from for a skill the rest of his life!

For 100 bucks, this is worth it for the guitar alone. That being said, I had to buy another amp because this one stopped working after 4 days.

I clearly got a used guitar. The gig bag was filthy; covered in dirt, stains, and a foot print. It was packaged loose so it was bouncing around in the box. The guitar itself is ultra cheap feeling, and sounds like a kids novelty guitar you can get at Wal-Mart for half the price. The amp is worse than a laptop speaker. Only reason I'm not returning it is because my niece wanted it for Christmas and I was late ordering it... She doesn't know how to play, so it's good enough since it'll probably just rot in her closet anyway. For anyone looking to actually get a decent guitar, save your money and spend a little more.
