These leash strings are not made from rope like many others. They are made from a tubular nylon webbing. I am not sure if that is the correct term, but they fit easily through the boards leash attachment plug and seem very strong. Very happy with the delivery, product, and price.

Really great set of leash strings. I ride a variety of boards, some with FU single-fin boxes. The strings are long enough to pull through the box and have a good loop on the deck. They are the perfect thickness; strong, but light enough to tie easily. I travel a couple times a year and always change my leash strings when I go on a trip; this make that sooo easy.

Good quality product. Bought for my surf board, it was bigger than I expected but still fit through the small hole at the bottom of my board. Tied nicely, no issues. Sturdy enough to hold my surfboard leash in place. Overall happy with product.

Bought these to replace the leash strings on my board. You really should replace your leash strings twice a year, because the salt water wears them out fast and they can snap in the right conditions after a while. The strings I received were exactly what I expected and are properly made. I recommend you buy these if you haven't replaced your leash strings in a while.
