We have several of these in our office. They are pricey, so we always wait for Prime Day or Black Friday when they're on sale. We have gotten the Deluxe one with 1 year of free Adobe Pro. This helps us out a lot since we need Adobe to be able to edit PDFs for our office. We have tried other scanners from other brands, but ended up returning those and got this Fujitsu in the end. One thing that is annoying is that there are constant updates to the scanner once or twice a week. I'm not sure what they're updating, since it's just a scanner. So be aware that there are constant updates that this scanner needs.Besides that, it scans perfectly and quickly. It has a receipt organizer so you can feed small receipts through. And automatically detects if the document is double sided or not. It's easy to fix any documents that get caught by opening the tray. And even large scans are done scanning on the computer within seconds. We don't have time to wait for scans to finish, so this scanner is quick and easy to use. I wish they did have a larger version for non-standard sized paper, as it only fits the regular A4 or 8-1/2 and 11" paper or smaller documents. We're trying to be more and more of a paperless office, so having a scanner next to the computer is helpful. Recommend getting this one, as it is the best out there.

This scanner has been outstanding. It works very quickly scanning dual-sided, voluminous documents, as well as receipts and business cards. The tray only holds about 25-30 pages, but with Adobe Acrobat I have no problems merging larger documents into one file. The interface is easy to use. The quality of scanned photos is also good, although probably not to a professional photographer's standards.

So far so good. We are using this scanner for a small behavioral healthcare practice. It scans double sided very well for paper documents, photo ids and insurance cards. We purchased the adobe package and have not had any challenges with saving pdfs. It was easy to set up, user friendly, doesn't take up a lot of surface area, is a quick scanner and worth the prices. No complaints so far!

So glad I bought this scanner. It is easy to use, fast, and good quality. I use it to scan all my documents and I am also using it to scan all my books. This scanner makes it so easy to scan and send documents. I would say go for it. I will say that the software isn’t as polished as it could be but if you use a computer on a regular basis I feel you shouldn’t have an issue.

The Scanner is easy to work with - 0 problems there - but when you pay extra for the Pro License and then they send you a code that was redeemed 5 days before you even bought it - AWESOME - the Fujitsu says there is nothing they can do - Adobe cant do anything so ya - i'm not happy

This scanner works great, but did not come with the one year subscription to Adobe Acrobat Pro. Instead it came with a one year subscription to Kofax Power. I have reached out multiple times and although I was getting some help; eventually they stopped responding to my emails. I would recommend the scanner, but not the service
