I have had a Neat Desk scanner since they came out. When they changed the software began the issues. It became more troublesome than it was worth. I had to have an ID remade and the receptionist had to scan in several documents, different sizes, and even other smaller scale cards. She did them all within about 15 seconds, front and back with the smaller desktop version of this scanner. Excellent quality product. I looked for the scanner online when I got home. I bought the larger scanner with 'better' software, same company. Footprint is still small. Folding cover keeps the dust out of the scanner, which is great for longevity. I'm telling you, this scanner is quiet, fast, and downright amazing. I had to scan hundreds of bills and I put them in sections of 50, front and back. I was done in less than 5 minutes including the time to reclip them. Not a hiccup in the bunch! The Neat Desk scanner was donated to Salvation Army the same day! It works, but it's ridiculous amount of time to do the same work. I mean hours comparatively. As a Realtor, I need quality and work done expediently. This machine is amazing. So far, so good. Best money I've spent in awhile. FWIW: Very easy to set up, intuitive, and will make light of a pile of work.

I use this almost every day. It was easy to set up right out of the box and performance is fantastic and exactly what I needed in my life without ever knowing it existed before! The scanning speed raves me a ton of time over my 3 in 1 printer that i have been using for years.

I ordered this scanner to scan records receipts documents and it works perfectly. It sends everything scanned to folders on my computer. Great product and quality. Not disappointed

Scanner is awesome. You can have it wired to your computer or connect wirelessly. The installation is easy; it took me like 5 minutes to unbox everything and follow their pamphlet to set up everything. You have to download their software to use this scanner. Only con of this product: if you leave your scanner on 24 hours, and then you turn off your computer, then your scanner won't connect wirelessly unless you restart your scanner. To bypass this, I set my scanner to turn off after I close the lid, and then when I open my lid, scanner will turn on automatically. The bootup of the scanner is like 10 seconds, so I don't mind. Other than this only one issue (I've had this scanner for like half a year), the scanner is awesome. You can also set it to duplex so it can scans both sides. But I love scanning receipts; I can place like 20 receipts all at once, and it scans them super fast (even if there a small wrinkles or folds on the receipts). Cost of scanner is well worth it.
