I've only used one so far, it's been lit for maybe 6+ hours and it's not even halfway done yet. Idk how long candles normally last but i'm happy with this ones lifespan.As far as the smell, wow. I smelled each of them out of the box and i like them all. And lit, it fills up my 580 sqft apartment with the most pleasent smell.My only issue is that the last time i left it lit the wick sagged down into the melted wax causing it to die out. If i had left it i would have had to dig the wick out of the wax. In other words, the wick has no rigidity. That shouldn't really be an issue though, if anything, a negligible one.If you're on the fence, hop off and land on the buyers side. They're for sure worth the money.

I love that this set comes with 6 different scents. The candle jars are so on trend with the black jar and label. I also liked the packaging and believe these candles would make a great gift for others. I immediately lit a candle so I could leave a review on how they burned, the scent, and throw.I opened each candle and selected my favorite, Rum and Oak, to burn. The candle wick is the perfect length and did not require me to trim it. Upon lighting there was no sparking or black pops of the candle wick like some of the B&BW candles I purchase often. The candle burned evenly and had a very nice scent that permeated the room after about 15 minutes of burn time. The scent throw is nice and I would rank it slightly above average. I lit it in a very large room, I'm guessing the scent would be even better in an average sized bedroom or bathroom. Overall I believe this is a great value for the price due to the quantity, quality, and aesthetic of these candles.

This is a nice candle set, especially if you like warm, woodsy scents that aren’t too overpowering. The packaging is sleek, the jars are sturdy, and the soy wax burns cleanly and evenly, which I appreciate. No weird tunneling or excessive soot. The burn time is decent for the size, too—not gone in a night like some small candles.That said, while the scents are pleasant, they don’t quite match their descriptions. The tobacco, leather, and oak notes don’t stand out as much as I expected, and a lot of the candles have a similar, slightly sweet undertone that makes them blend together. If you're hoping for a true, distinct smoky leather or rich mahogany scent, you might be a little disappointed. Still, they create a nice atmosphere without being too strong or artificial.Overall, this set is a solid option, especially as a gift, but don't expect each candle to have a completely unique scent. They're more of a general “cozy, slightly masculine†vibe rather than clearly defined individual fragrances.

I wasn't expecting much from these candles. I buy plenty of candles that are supposed to smell like something and I'm disappointed more often than I am impressed, By Far! These candles are amazing though! I started by smelling one, it was Rum and Oak and I thought Whoa! They did a great job on one of the 6. I grabbed them out of the box without looking, one at a time, smelling each one, but I couldn't wait for the Vintage Leather. Of course, the one I couldn't wait for was last. Lol. Doesn't matter. They were all amazing. I don't like that these are considered men's candles. I love all these odors. My hubby is in heaven with them as well. He couldn't wait. He had to light the first one as soon as he smelled it. He didn't know what else was in the box though. He saw other candles, but probably assumed they were all the same scent. He was also blown away by the fragrance. On top of the product being fantastic, the black jars are also beautiful! They come together in a black box, all beautifully put together with a nice note from the makers of the candles. What an incredibly innovative group. These candles are amazing. Get them and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed!

only 2 smell decent. they dont match the name on the label. one smells like baby butts. 1 wick wouldnt stay lit. its a preference issue at this point. the leather one is the best one i my opinion
