Schlage is a good brand, solid lock. The mechanism is smooth, I found easy to install and looks great.

Replaced some Kwikset locks with these. Much sturdier and look great. Easy installation, although if you need to reverse the handles the lock must be lined up so the handle will slip back on. Easy to do, but you don't need to force anything.

Exactly as pictured and easy to install. I recommend removing the handle during install to make it easier to install.
